EX3 was founded by the combination of two successful companies, one company from the construction industry and the other from a facilities management industry. This gave EX3 a great starting point and a solid base of knowledge and experience from all areas of facilities management.
On top of the knowledge and experience, directors, Brad and Ryan, both share a natural desire for success. The success is mainly due to exceeding customer expectations.
